Owner's Engineer Project Management of a US$500+ million multi-country electricity interconnection and SMART transmission-grid programme, integrating four sovereign power systems through thirteen EPC packages, multiple control centres, EHV substations and communications infrastructure. Scope included grid integration, ICC and regional SCADA/EMS, ~800 km fibre-optic backbone, advanced protection and substation automation, and EHV GIS/AIS substations up to 380 kV.
